well, not nice to hear, but you never know what the guy did to the kite.
maybe he didn't drop it on the water but on land. We don't know...
And I guess it is normal, that a few products out of thousands have a problem, it even happens at Mercedes....

but with other companies it happens too many times, that something breaks or whatever.
