Hey guys,
just wondering if anyone had a solution to worn out footstrap holes that doesnt involve routing out the old footstrap plug and glassing in a new one. for instance... does filling the hole with epoxy resin and then re-drilling it work? or does it just get pulled out again
any help would be appreciated!
thanks
matt

MAtt. As long as it is just the thread thats worn out stick a bigger screw in it. If the plug itself is cracked or loose then send it to a repair guy. Often if you are using a coarse thread then a machine screw of the same size will work. If that doesn't try locktite and as a last resort resin. It might never come out again though.
