Maybe i use the bridle wrong. I can get it op in reverse when i pull the steering ropes but then it collaps.

You have to pull even the back lines some 2-3 meters. The let the kite fly out of the water until is 5 meters up. Then release th lines and be prepared for some dragging. Usually the kite "close" when in the air, if this happend release it gradually. If you dont let the kite goes up enought it will crash LE down. Let it fly higher until releasing the back lines.
