Hello Chassan,

Nothing easier to do, if you can get enough friends to split the cost with. Even with friends to help share the cost it can be expensive. I haven't done this before but lots of people have. The Moorings has tons of catamarans and mono hauls available in different areas around the world, http://moorings.com/home.asp

You can charter with a captain or without if you are proficient and can prove it. You can launch your kite from likely windy beaches which is the easiest and perhaps the best way to go. Alternatively, you can do one of the various types of boat launches that are more complicated and a bit more probamatical. Pick an area of islands with good wind prospects and have at it.

You are in Cabarete, I am jealous! We have had the lightest wind year that I can recall in Florida so far. If it blows 10 to 15 mph, it is cause for getting worked up.
