Wind has been seen to be in the area of 15 - 25 knots solid for the past 3 weeks.
Does anyone know of any good beaches with cross wind ? going in 10 days!!

Try Paleochora in the extreme SW. It has long been a favorite with windsurfers due to its reliably strong Northerlys (well-onshore) early in the season and good-ish Westerlys (cross-shore) later in the season (N-facing beach). Relaxed and very, very Greek. I had a glorious September once windsurfing off the island of Gavdos (accessible from Paleochora): wonderful, especially if you prefer back-to-the-woods Greece, with no electricity and only a few tavernas which serve only the days catch (and bottled Amstel if they haven't run out).
