To attend instructor training course all you need is:

The Kiteboarder card level 3 or have equivalent experience kiteboarding.
Ride upwind in most conditions
Takeoff and land solo.
Ride with other Kiteboarders on the water in a tight location
Current First Aid Qualifications (not required by course but may be required by a school/country that you teach in)
General Boat licence (same as first aid)

FYI, there is also an IKO training in Cabarete Sept 9-13. We set up another one as the Sept 2-6 filled up quickly!
