At least you only live 5 mins from the beach, a car isn't too much of a problem!!

I found the Toro 8m to be fairly slow for a small kite. You really need to move the bar to see movement, more like a 10-12m size kite. Compared to the Mach-1 9.1 it's slower and more stable - That 9.1 F-one always makes me nervous.....
Love my X2 12m though. It is a kiter-friendly kite, and flies neutral. But when it jumps it jumps...........

I haven't flown it yet Tim but I think I'll like it. I tend to like fast kites and from what I've been hearing..... it's seems to be a fast kite...

Being able to turn it when fully maxed and sheeted out will be a huge benefit....

..... and use a wheelbarrow to bring all my gear.....

Looks like I'll need to put a carrier on my bike and tie both my boards to the back...

I agree though with the backpack making it so easy to transport... unlike the C Quads where you had a huge disk that was hard to carry on a bike.....

Maybe a trailer for the bike perhaps.....

RUST IN PEACE

With the wind range of the X2 I'll only need one kite at the beach at a time... handy stuff...

I don't think you'd need two boards... how about two kites one board... now there's a revolution of an idea
