Kos, 2 miles above the city of Kos in the area called Lambi on the beach of the Atlantis hotel. Superspot. If you go wrong you only end up in the town beach !!!

Lefkada has good spots.
Rhodes also. Crete has a variety of spots based on where the wind blows.
Karpathos is nuclear, although it would be fun riding a donkey to the beach carrying your gear.
I've heard good things about Limnos also. I was checking some national weather charts and they have 15-18kn average almost all year around. (Pipi, eimai apo Athina, meno san fran, california).
