Right, these are big kites I've found in my area:
2nd-hand
Wipika Airblast 16.4m, 2002, 450 Euro
Wipika Airblast 16m, 2000, 400 Euro
Cabrihna Black Tip 21.5m, 2001, 500 Euro
Naish ARX, 21.5m. 2001, 750 Euro
New
Flysurfer mastair 16m, 2002, 1,150 Euro
An Euro is about a USD any advice?

currently the USD-EUR is about 0.98
So multiply the Euro amount time 0.98 and you have the USD amount. So the USD amount will be a little less than teh Euro amount.
The price fo the Mastair 16.0 isn't that bad.

I heard from some guys, that the Wipika Airblast 16.4 is quiet a good kite for its size.
And since it is 2002 for 450 Euros, good choice IMO.

Maybe I should get both. Anyone think a new MAstair is worth twice an old Airblast?

Watch out! The 16.4 will most likely be 2001. Its VERY slow. Not much fun at all to ride.
2002 16.4 are very rare.

be carefull, since then it will be a big difference.

Yeah I wondered about that too, a Wipika Airblast 16.4m for 450 Euro must be either a 2001 model or totally knackered

hey mr jo!
what is your 2nd kite?
i'd go for the 16m wipi (2000),
or if you can afford it, get the mastair!!!
this kite is the most powerful low wind weapon existing

if the 16m fuel is the 2002 model, you gotta get the foil.
i've tested the 16m slinger and must admit that it is a very powerful kite!
