dudes, check your body ...
i recently switched from waist to seat, but the problem was a different one:
when riding in the chickenloop, you always pull the bar towards you.
now look at you!
if you do it wrong:
it's the same like lifting a weight the wrong way (using your back instead of your legs)
-> pressure on your legs (edging the board)
-> and pulling the bar (lifting the weight)
is this depending on the 'drunken monkey' style (when you use the seat harness) ?

Since switching to the X2, I use the stop know a lot more.
It seems that putting the depower too long is only detrimental to your health and to sailing performance.
