Work out an easy way to get there. The easiest way i have found to land powered is off a snap back loop. kite to about 40 deg above horizon pop a fast backloop without moving the kite about half way swap nose for tail. You will land blind hopefolly on the right edge with the kite powered and just keep sailing.

same as riding switch.
you get there by jumping the other way round 
if you got the kitesurfing-kiel 'cutaway' video, you cyn watch either pyttlik or kane hartrill do it, i forgot who it was ...

the thing I found was that when I jump and try to turn, the harness pulls me forward again...

Afterwords i nearly didn't need any wind to go kiting

I cannot believe someone is recommending learnig to sail blind through a backloop. This surely is a more difficult move that will be learnt after learning siwtch stance. I also want some info on this topic anyone else?
