Don't know about the kite but I say get it just for the name. Then when anyone asks you what kite you fly you get to say:
"I ride the G Spot"

I know some guys who tested it and they say the kite is ok, but not easy to restart.
The North Toro is a good kite for beginners.

I recently started and choose the North TORO. I have no regrets. It is easy to restart & easy to fly. I strongly recommend
it.
Have a blast!

Not sure about the Gastra, but a couple of women I know rave about the G-Spot so it must be good

I started Kite surfing this summer with the G-Spot, and I really like it. It's not as bad as they say to relaunch (even a beginner can do it (me)) I haven't tried any others, so I can't compare it to anything else, but so far I'm pretty happy with my Gaastra

hi headhunter!
I´m from germany! did you read the comments on
http://www.kitesurfing-kiel.de.
there are many tests for different kites which are written from users not from distributers!
The 15,5 and 10,0 is tested there!
but i think you still have read that.only in german.
