More wind than you might think. The residual pull that is always there, even when depowered, can make you think you're at the limits. But you are not. You can ride it in winds gusting to 20 knots. 16-18 knots steady might the reasonable limit.
I'm 83 kg and use smaller boards. I ride mine in winds gusting to 20 knots (23 mph). I rig the 16m a lot when beach readings are 16-17 knots and gusting higher on the water.
