When you register or are already registered you can put in a "signature".
With this function you can ad some information which will always displayed when you post a message with your registered name.
So put in your website or slogan.

If you are registered go to "Edit Profile" to ad the signature.

SOme things you have to make sure, when you want your "Signature" to be added:

Go to "Edit Your Preferences" and chose Yes at "Always attach my signature" and when you post a message chose at options "Show signature".
