Well I also had a bad experience with him.
I have been stressing the past 4 weeks waiting a kite until yerterday, I canceled the order.
Here is the story:
Me and some friends ordered 4 X2. We waited with calm, after 2 weeks we start asking ... hey any news ? he started asking the VISA with very URGENCY to ship the kites.
After one of my friends sent him the VISA he just stop giving news,... he said tomorow I will send it , this every day , every day a tomorow, he did was sending the kites in DHL form and putting only one changing for two. One of my friends is waiting the kite missing and this is 4 weeks.
He just gave LAME escuses like overpassing the DHL truck, and my employee didnt send it because it was another color and so on. (If you know him you know the excuses) After that time he had the kites in his hand but every day was: I sent it today, or tomorow. He even invented a foney DHL tracking number !!! just to buy him some time.
I didnt send him my card or today I will be expecting my X2 also !.
I think when some of this happens is make a complaint to your credit card issuer, they go after the merchant for sure !.
Next thing is never buy gear again from a store who doesnt give you an INVOICE, and buy some GOOD store you have confidence.
To the dude in last post ... If I were you I would do two things:
1st - Make a good documented complaint to your credit card issuer
2nd - Send Andoni Aldraboni a warning: My money back or Kite OR ELSE the truth in all forums and beaches and a complaint to the proper authorities.
I know for experience cause Im linked to Ecommerce sites (Im web developer of http://www.offshore.pt) for accepting VISA you have to make an agreement with the bank in wich you state you will follow certain rules, one of them if only charging after the merchandise is sent. Andoni from windysite.com doesnt seem to be doing this.
Well thats up to him, I did my part sharing my bad experience with the comunity.
After all this shit I decided to ignore Naish marketing and go for Wipika 11.8 !
