Pro Limit makes the same bar. It doesn't work with a chicken loop and fixed loop combination. It's meant for fixed loop riders. I know a guy who has broken 2 of them.

It may seem like a good idea until you realize that it will not rotate under load. (As a matter of fact neither do snap shackels with swivels.)
It would take an almost frictionless bearing to rotate under normal front kite lines load.
