You dont look hardy enough.
Andre Phillip, from Antigua, won the PKRA Cabarete 2003.
He is mixed, but has very clear african ties.

Well, that's an odd one....
But, A friend of mine is black 100% and he kites'.
But, another one for you:
Have you ever seen a midget kiting?
I don't want to sound like an nice person, but I have not seen one.
Not to offend anyone, but would be funny to see.

Dont think it is a race thing more than a cultral one. In my experience a lot of black people never learn to swim as a child(of course I am generalising here). If majority dont swim chances most will not kite too!
Also the same for asians, sure there are a few that kite, but considering that asians make up the world majority you'd expect them to be the majority kiting, not so because they too dont often learn to swim at a young age.
