most of the kiting is supposed to be done after 5pm becasue the beaches can be crowded.
Best bet
Chapoquoit (or the pond across the street)
Blacks Beach
Old silver Beach (chop)
Wood Neck (flat to waves)
Or try Little Harbor in Wareham at high tide
These beaches cover W / SW / NW
for north try
Stony Beach in Woods hole.
