I want to know as well.
North says it is a well working kite for the wakestylers and waveriders.
R4 will have a longer hangtime, Vegas fasterand easier to restart.
But that's what North says, anyone else?
And it looks like they hit Europe these days, sizes 14 and smaller.

It will be a faster kite than the Rhino.
Will have a more low end.
Will come in sizes from 18 down to 4 but that i'm not sure.
That's what i heard from the dutch importer last november.
I teach with North that's why i know.
North 2004 package looks very nice.
I'm very curious also!
Think it wil be a nice kite..we'll see

At one of the local beaches here we have a few of the Vegas kites being used.
My first impression is that the graphics is not all that cool. If you are one of the ultra patriotic americans (maybe even southern bred) then you might enjoy it. To me it just seems that the whole stars and stripes designs went out in the eighties.
Can say too much about performance. I heard third hand that the riders that are riding them are not blown away. ie nothing great to shout about like when the R2's came out.
