Hey all,
Im a student living close to the city in Sydney. I just bought a Wipika Matrix 11m kite (inc bar/lines/pump) and I need someone that can teach me how to use it. I don't have a board, vest, or helmet just yet.
I am happy to pay cash money in return for a reasonable asking rate.
Location can be flexible. Would prefer Dee Why area if possible.

Just a stroll north of there is a kite shop that gives lesssons; maybe afordable group ones. I walked from Dee Why along the Long Reef peninsula (actually ran, with dozens of flies swarming me during a recent outbreak), then returning west just before the main road there is a sizable and friendly kite shop. I think I have their number somewhere...

Windsurf n Snow in Collaroy, on Anzac Ave, 9971 0999.
http://eastcoastboardriders.com.au/ tells it all. If you haven't already, try the scenic walking trail shown on their map. Great showroom too.

Or you could try the South Side, where there is flat water in Botany Bay.
Kitepower - Ph 95296894
Please don't be tempted to try it without getting the kite and its safety system checked, and get a lesson on how it all works, we will check the safety for free.
Provided you can actually fly a kite your lesson will be in the water, if the wind is suitable we can even use your kite if you want?
