1- Why Wipika is not coming?

2- When was the last update date of the list?

Looking forward to see al the goodies during the Kite show

The latest update is from yesterday afternoon.

The brands not comming will have their reasons.
But a better advertising no company can get like this event.
Many internet users are at the event, and they will spread the word out, but only about the brands being at the event.
But Wipika has 1-2 teamriders at the event, so maybe it can be possible to test some kites from them.

Be sure,there is enough gear to be tested....

be sure the companies joining the event will have many benefits over the ones not comming.

I must be missing something!

mick the only thing you are missing is that the european kitesurfing market is the biggest in the world, so it makes sense for manufacturers to spend the time to show, after all most of europe is no more than 4 hours flight time away from egypt.

is it so strange that that people from europe would want a kite show in one of the most favoured destinations for kitesurfers from europe.

i think you guys in maui must buy all that spiritual home of kitesurfing shit they peddle to the press about the islands.

Many people are nervous about traveling to such destinations.

This spot must have something real good going for it. I will check it out.

Maui is without doubt the Spiritual home of Kitesurfing !

However,this does not mean that it is the best place for kitesurfing.
Its often TOO windy,not many spots.Restricted launches,crowds,etc.

The history,development and soul can not be denied !

I have seen many places with much better conditions,wider beaches,more room,shallow water,steady winds.
Florida,Cabarete and Australia come to mind.

I wish I could spend my time traveling to all the different hot spots on the Globe !

But Maui is special,as an Energy Centre
