Does anyone get shoulder pain while Kitesufing?
I find that one of my shoulders gets really painful when kiting in lighter wind because you have to work the kite harder. Anyone else have this problem?

Are you riding in the chicken loop 100% of the time? This can cause shoulder and arm pain after long periods or if your preconditioned to it. Try riding in the fixed loop more. This will do great things to your edging and riding once you get used to it.
Also, to strengthen your shoulders, work the front, top and back part of the shoulder to make sure the muscles are worked evenly. Lost of guys work only the top and front of the shoulder and it makes your posture uneven and predisposed to getting hurt.
Good luck.
