You're killing me..
Today was the big day! Beautiful wind (just a tad onshore) ~15mph. It started out a little light so I had to work the kitebar like a pump handle. However, I:
* Wore the band
* Drank enough water to keep me warm for the 2 1/2 hour session
* Used the reverse grip (Thanx!). REALLY weird (and tragic) at first, but I actually quickly adapted to it. Plus, I'm assuming that the ladies (and certain types of men) began to swoon, as this grip really shows off my guns.
Survey says - Feels FINE!
I could hardly believe it!!!
I figure I'll wear the band for the remainder of the month, and start doing some of the exersizes to limber/stengthen those weak @ssed elbonic tendons (slack'n time is OVER, chumpy tendons!). But apparently, as long as I take the above precautions, I can enjoy the rest of the spring!
