SId do a search on here i have posted loads before, but for you the best thing is simple rest-
it is not the same as others problems, yours is a muscle tear/strain followed by over use instead of rest, therefore just rest and after 5-7 days start some gentle exercise, if you "have" to kite then with that hand reverse your grip (instead of your hand facing down on the bar turn it up, so you grip from the other side)

You're killing me.. :greenlaugh:

Today was the big day! Beautiful wind (just a tad onshore) ~15mph. It started out a little light so I had to work the kitebar like a pump handle. However, I:

* Wore the band

* Drank enough water to keep me warm for the 2 1/2 hour session :wink:

* Used the reverse grip (Thanx!). REALLY weird (and tragic) at first, but I actually quickly adapted to it. Plus, I'm assuming that the ladies (and certain types of men) began to swoon, as this grip really shows off my guns. :roll:

Survey says - Feels FINE! :D I could hardly believe it!!!

I figure I'll wear the band for the remainder of the month, and start doing some of the exersizes to limber/stengthen those weak @ssed elbonic tendons (slack'n time is OVER, chumpy tendons!). But apparently, as long as I take the above precautions, I can enjoy the rest of the spring!

Thank you all again!

What a helpful post! Luckily, many well-informed people DID care enough about my elbonic tendons to help a brother out. And hopefully, countless more people will benefit from this highly effective & useful information. :thumb:

Hey champ, I didn't make you click on this thread, read it, AND reply. That's all you, big guy.

BTW - Why so grumpy? Probably because you suck so much. That makes me sad too. :( You should try to fix that.

Have a good one!
