pigeon or duck?

pigeon or duck?

just got my new lightwave, my bro says everyone sets up their stance with the straps Duck- toes out.
I have been inclined to set it up pigeon- toes in. I want my back foot in the sweet cushy stance-pointing forward.
Am I alone?

Yes, I think you're alone...

Most twintips are setup with the toes slightly out while the occassional person likes to keep their board symmetrical (straight straps). I doubt whether toes IN would be functional at all, unless you are seriously pidgeon toed.

Everyone is different, someone once posted a good way of measuring stance, just jump up and down on a piece of cardboard as if you were landing jumps on a kiteboard, once you feel comfortable trace your feet! :D
