Any progress with lines?

... I'd still go for Q Power lines. Much faster to untangle than regular lines and better response (less elastic).
You don't need a whole group but find one other person who also needs lines. Then you buy a yellow and an orange 500 ft spool and you get:
- 2 sets of color coded 27m lines
- 1 set of color coded 20-22m lines for your high wind kites or for wave riding.
It shouldn't be too hard to sell the last set if you don't need it yourself. Prices? Don't pay more than $100.- for a 500ft spool of the regular Q Powerlines and $135.- for the Pro version.

Better too much, than too little, don't you think?
Better yet make a set of 20m lines and two sets of 10m extensions. Then you have a choice of 10,20,30 or 40 meters to cover any line length you might desire for light light, strong, or gusty winds

just don't get in a bad spot with the qpower lines... I hear hook knives don't cut them too well.
