Whatever it is.
It's not enough.
To spend day after day in the water with the wind blowing,
and not get to kite yourself.
That is no fun.

Wages?

Postby uncleneil » Fri Aug 06, 2004 11:43 pm

Been instructing for 3 yrs.. Depends on how long lesson is. 2 hr - $75.-$100.
3 hr - $100.-125. these are the better
2 hr - $50.-$60.
3 hr - @$75. won't work there again
gotta figure if you don't have constant people this really isn't that much.

30US for a 2 hour session for one and 40US for 2 students is a bit of a ripoff in the DR even though it is one of the best paying jobs in the area. Oz has been much better to me with more like 65US for 2 hours plus more like 120 for two students for 2 hours.

150/200 euros - complete course for each student.

This is the average price charged by kite schools here in Portugal.
