Royce, take a huge kite and a directional board for the waves. Beware of local assholes who are very territorial (typical for CA). Don't be surprised if your car tires get slashed...I lived there for four years and outsiders get nothing but problems. However, get to know the locals, prove your shit, then they are way cool.
