Kinneret

Hello all.
I used to windsurf on the Kinneret with a 278 and a 5 and half metre sail throughout the summer, from Ginosar.
Could you please tell me what size kite and board would be best?
I am learning to wakeboard and fly a trainer, and will be coming to the Kinneret summer 2006.
Also is the wind still the same, good through June, July, August?
