Good luck getting those things on...
I used to wakeboard and it's a BITCH to get into bindings.

I've got LF Ultra's on my wakeboard. I would never consider using them for kiting. Properly fitting wakeboard bindings are:
a) tough to get in/out of with two hands, and using foot goop. i could never imagine trying to control a kite and getting in/out of those things.
b) hard to ride for more than 30-60 minutes. wakeboard bindings just aren't that comfortable. mind you, if you wakeboard every day you may get used to it. but just kiting say 2-3 times a week, you'd barely break-in the bindings your first summer. it would be a painful experience.
I've also used some of the newer lace up bindings. they really aren't that much easier to get in and out of. i find the laces are good for long sessions where you can adjust the support of the bindings while wakeboarding, and relieving some of the pressure on your foot.
Maybe check out the new LF kite bindings coming out.

I'd only use those bindings if I had a windwing with safe... just let go of the bar when the kites at the edge of the window, use both hands and soap to get in, an voila!
