lift 18 or flow 16? becouse showen wind range is the same??

Ignoring a lot of variables (your weight, application, conditions etc.):
I own a 18m Lift and used to have 14m Flow.
There should be overlap in the kites you cited, but the 18m Lift should have better light wind application- its a faster kite and flies farther forward in the window making for better upwind ability. They are both good IMO, but I prefer the Lifts (and 15 m Reactor which replaced the 14m Flow) to the Flows for those reasons.
Additonally there may not be too much difference in top end.
