HI all - first time post for me
was just wondering if anybody out there has ridden the new Cabrinha Custom 133 boards yet ?
They have just hit the shelves over here and they look like they'd be a nice ride - can anybody give some feedback about these boards ?
They're also priced more resonable than some of the other boards out there and i'm about to upgrade to something new, just wondering if anyones got any comments on them.

thanks all

They have a lot of nerve calling them "custom" if you ask me.
They are nice enough looking boards, but other than the name, there is nothing custom about them whatsoever.

not riding one.
Have ridden one.
sticking with the flx 28 though
honestly I wouldn't mind having one but I already have a perfectly good board. If you were upgrading from some old style glass rails twin tip go for it.
Its about as heavy as a jamie pro. Has a little more flex then a jp not nearly as much as a flx though. Mid section is quite stiff a little more like the 05 flx than 04.

Custom is just a name for this model, ever heard of best?
I ride the 33 and it is alround a nice board. With a bit more width it get in the plane easy, but I prefer the Icon 138 which is a bit narrower and handles more speed.
Custom is also a bit heavier than most boards with similar construction (ABS, etc) but weight usually translates in heavier material,so more strength.
All in all it is good value at the price it normaly sells.

cool thanks guys,
yeh i am upgrading to a new board and for the price these look pretty good to me, the extra weight doesn't phase me, as long as they edge well and are strong and long lasting.

I have the 133. It does feel heavy on land. Feels light in the water. I have size 12 (47 euro) feet and get a lot of heal drag with narrower boards when riding chop/slop. I went with the Custom partly for the width. I do not hear it discussed, but I have always gone wider snowboards to avoid toes and heals dragging when doing fat turns. Same holds true for kiteboards for me. Guess everyone out there has small... feet.
I've had in out on flats, waves (2 meter or so), and chop. Board performs as advertised. Edges nicely, pops good, and has a loose feel. There are many very good choices out there these days, but you'll be happy with this board. Test before you buy!
