No prob, Bruno. Thanks for clarifying that for us. Its great to see you are watching the forums. I am happy corrected where incorrect, especially on an assumption like this. Unfortunately, I only compared the two while they were inflated and they looked identical when side by side.

The shockwave definitely doesn't have a concave trailing edge but unfortunately it cannot be seen from this picture. This is the one I tested.

I agree that knives or screwdrivers would be more efficient than coconuts for tightening the TE but not sure the owner would appreciate :wink:

Bruno –

Is the Nova your favorite kite thus far?
This one I have not flown yet, but would like too. I find all the new high projected kites very nice to fly.

I completely agree that these designs are a major step towards safety and performance.
