I haven't been into kiteforum for a while but Ghana has taken me to new levels of boredom, and there's no local kiteboarding forum here

To answer your question, I've seen one of the new bows that had a hole in the canopy specifically so you could inflate it LE-down. I can't remember what brand it was, but it is a possible explanation.

Hey cool man. That Perth idea is pretty good, I've been thinking about it a bit already. The buggers keep offering me high paying jobs there on kite-friendly rosters too, doesn't help. Have you kited there yet?
