[quote="piedroporto"]On Saturday, March 25th the Best snow kite crew arrived at Skyline to a scene of a couple hundred cars and kites flying all over the place. It was light, gusty and changing directions. So we pumped up our 20 meter Waroo and a few 16 meter Waroos. By the time we were pumped up, ALL THE FOILS HAD FALLEN FROM THE SKY... As the day progressed, the winds built but were still a bit all over the place. As the winds would gust or change direction, we watched as the FOILS DID SOME PRETTY DISTURBING THINGS LIKE TIE THEMSELVES INTO KNOTS AND DROP TO THE GROUND. A common statement heard by people who tried them was, “man, I always heard that you had to fly a foil in the snow. I guess that's not true. I'd rather be on the Waroo any day.â€

Well yes, and it appears from the article that every kite ever constructed is pathetically inferior to the Waroo! That's it, I'm going to sell all of my kites and just buy Waroos! Those Waroo design engineers are so much smarter than every other kite designer that everyone else should just quit and go home! I can't wait for the day when every single kite in the air at every single beach in the world is a WAROO!!!! Waroo's are the BEST for Snow, Waves, Gusty Winds, Freestyle, New School, KiterCross, and any other type of kite application you could EVER think of. I'm astounded and amazed at how a single company just solved every problem in kite design EVER!
GO GO WAROO!!! Rah rah rah!!!!
PS. No, but wait, the next WAROO will by WAY better than this one!).
PPS. And the year after that, there will be another, and it too will be infinitely superior to the last.
Fortunately, I am able to identify marketing blather and think for myself. I'll keep my Venoms for now!
Cheers,
Gideon

Priceless!
Hey! PMU you old cut and paste queen ...
Did your old PC with your standard rant die?
It's not like you to type anything original.
I am relieved to see you are still making the effort to be as ill informed as ever!

I have both.... venoms AND bows.....both really good....My son chose V2 over all other kites out there. He doesn't care what they cost or what marketing goes into them.... just what he likes to fly. I chose Ocean Rodeo.... again cos they suit ME
It would have to be a pretty amazing "best" kite to get me to buy one... no matter what price..... after all the REALLY annoying overpimp that has been done recently!

I was there on March 25th at Skyline. Rode a 26M Flysurfer FOIL in the morning and a 16M Waroo demo in the afternoon. It is true that the Waroo handled the gusty prefrontal winds very well. However, I am not about to sell off my foils. The foils are awesome for quick setup and take down in the mountains. There is a place for both foils and LEI's in my quiver.

I wonder how many times PMU will copy paste this one. Does this guy post anything else other than that foil BS?
