Hi

Does anyone know the spots on Moorea, I am going over New Years; packing my gear and hoping for some wind? Also if you've ridden there in January/Febuary what size kite were you on? ANY Moorea tips greatly appreciated.

I'm on tahaa and haven't kited moorea yet, but I hear there is a good crew there and some really nice spots (you could try a search on the forum, ithink this has been covered already).

This time of year can be tough, we've had a loooooong drought lately of no wind, but I say if you can bring your stuff do it! cause you never know.... We've had a late but exeptionally good season this year that dragged on for an extra couple of months, so you may get lucky cause it's a weird year.

plan on big kites / or big boards as it's light this time of year... oh and I would take the ferry if your kite bag is heavy, cause they are sticklers for overweight charges...
