Light wind: SONIC 17m unbeateable

Postby bekite » Tue Jun 12, 2007 6:55 pm

After many tests we can say the SONIC 17m is the best big SLE on the market: the balance between power, speed, stability, light bar pressure, kite loop capabilities is almost perfect.

Our promoters can do any trick in 8-12 knots and go upwind!

Have you compared it to a FS Speed2 19 Silverarrow yet? 8)
(Come to think of it... the 15 should cover it as well.)

I'll take that as a "no" then...

Maybe you should try it against the Speed2 and see how they compare before you claim "Light wind: SONIC 17m unbeateable".

(The Sonic 17 might very well beat other SLE/BOW's in light wind though)

:bye:

Ok, you proved you couldn't stay upwind. So what!

It is an amazing kite and I stay upwind at 9 knots in 4 foot seas with no problem.

sadorno, how much do you weigh and what size board?

I love this kite but at 200 lbs I can barely ride at 13 kts on a 156cm board. The upper range is sick though, was totally comfortable on it in +22 kts last weekend, with room for more....
