I check the pump in no problem. Reading carry on baggage rules for a couple of airlines, as long as the batteries are stock (sealed lead acid) there should be no problem carrying it on, your results may vary.

Has anyone done the BST12 toggle switch mod in the last year or so? I'm not sure where to dremel. The board appears to be different.
