Since the Gas (Petrol, Benzien..) is near $ 4.00/gal now, I am looking for an Enduro style bike, street legal dirt bike (Oahu).
If you guys know anyone who is selling one for cheap,...lmk please.
Winds are finally back, and my van is way to thirsty.
...I checked Graigslist, only one there...
good winds to all,
Aloha

Indeed. In Autumn (Fall) last year it cost me, for the first time, £80 ($160) to fill my car. Last week I had my first £90 ($180) fill. Yikes.
All oil products have gone up because the price of crude is so high ($110/bl this week). Diesel has gone up relative to petrol because of a disproportionate increase in demand for diesel vs petrol, because so many people (especially in Europe) are switching to diesels because of the better mileage and because modern diesel engines are so good its a case of why bother with petrol.

I use my motorbike to go kiting in the summer or when car is being serviced (should be a write off really). Yesterday i tanked up with 1.14 euros per litre (rhodes greece). Using the bike tho takes more time cuz I have to make sure everything is strapped up in place before setting off rather than chuckin everything in the car. And I can only take one kite & one board & no passangers. Plus it looks proper weird with the board strapped on the back of the bike like a huge spoiler.

In Norway it is current 9,3$ for a "gallon" of fuel (why not use liters.....)
Just bought a new car, a Toyota Corolla 1,3L 96 model, mostly only using it for going to the beach or mountains for kiteskiing. Using my bike to get to work except when it is windy in the morning (late in the office), or the forecast says windy after work (early out of office)

Here in Holland the advice price of one liter of fuel is over €1.50!
That is almost €6.00 if you count in gallons.
