SB3 vs REV

Postby spiderdee » Fri Jul 18, 2008 12:48 pm

Hi guys, I am currently choosing between an 8m SB3 and a SS REV 9m, I'll be surfing in Tarifa this summer. I have never surfed in Tarifa and would like to know which is the best and most appropriate kite for Tarifa's conditions....

Can someone let me know?

thanks

Im taking REVS side, this kite is just purely awesome, feels great, turns with constant power , not the usual uncotrollable pull when turning like other bow kites have. Everything feels so fluid..it really rocks.

It definetly is something else. I have flown pretty much all know brands and this kite got me raving.

I have tried both. Y can go wrong whatever y choose.

PS: I choosed Cabrinha. Simpler bridle and safer bar IMO.

You can't go wrong with either kite. I have tried both & went with the Rev as it suited my wave riding style better. It was the turning speed & stability that won me over with the Rev. An awesome kite for wave riding, not to mention it has a bombproof construction which is handy for the surf.
