Yarga??? Please Post!

Postby FckGravity » Mon Sep 22, 2008 5:44 am

Was the 08 Yarga really that bad when tuned properly? I heard once it had the 5th line it was really nice... could it work on a shift bar? All info about the kite would be GREAT :D

Hey ..hi yeah the 08 yarga is not the best desing in backstalls even if you put the 5th line kit.... my opinion is to get a better kite and dont waste your $$$ on this kite.....dont make the mistake many made including me.... :thumb:

That is really too bad I was so excited when they came on sale, I've seen videos where they are performing great I was just hoping that was achievable

YEah in all the videos there great because they have a different mini bridle system that "could" fix the constant backstalling but again the kite needs some attachment points for the bridle you could have these done in a repair shope but would cost more $$... this systme similar to the hadlow pro that has two lines attached to the leading lines half way... but I think the 09 is going to be with this system....anywyas.......consider one of these they rock... there are many many reviews...and videos here ok bro good luck >>>http://www.wainmanhawaii.com/node/23<<< :bye:

i also got one on sale and i have no problems with backstalling but i have to pull in the depowerstrap when i unhook.
the kite just needs a lot of wind to perform...

For Freestyle it`s a good kite, but they made it to small it has less power so if you want a 9m take an 11m then it`s great and performs good :thumb:
Only better C-Kite I`ve ridden is the HadlowPro and the Fuel08

The 08 was designed to be ridden in a lot of wind, and is shaped to allow unhooking right up to the top of the wind limit for each size.

The previous poster who recommends using the size above your normal choice is correct.
