It's just a matter of how many hits to a given body part..no matter who you are pj :
Boxing (Mohammed Ali and many others) - head trauma.
American Football - knee, shoulder, back, head trauma.
Motocross - wrist, ankle, knee, shoulder (AC joint), hip, collarbone, etc, etc.
Skateboarding - wrist, ankle, neck whiplash, head.
Baseball Pitcher - shoulder.
Snowboard - ankle, wrist, neck whiplash.
Kiteboard - knee, ankle, shoulder, neck whiplash.
