My Ocean RodeoPredator is great for kiting. I use a session harness and it seems fine so far. Definately no different than my summer suit with a back zip (in answer to a previous question). I have to say--it is an awsome suit. As far as I am aware, there is no other like it.

ION's new Fusion drysuit is basically the same concept as OR's Predator... http://www.ion-essentials.com/public/co ... on/fusion/
I'm really interested in these two drysuits. I like the low-profile concept verses traditional drysuit designs. Does anyone have any feedback on the ION Fusion?

Galeltic. Let me know where you're located and I'll gladly put you in touch with a dealer near you who has these in stock.

You linked to the 2009 suits. Here are the 2010s:

The 2010 is a bad mofo for sure super stretchy, super warm and very comfortable. The hooded one to me is the best it has a bib seal that keeps the water out and if you get hot just roll it down. I have found if you get a chill while standing on the beach NPX also make a sweet rigging jacket that compliments the suit nicely basically a hoodie made out of wetsuit material ! :thumb:

I looked at the sight when it came up. What exactly is the difference between the two?

There are two improvements from the 2009 to the 2010 Zealots:
1. The entire inside of the suit is lined with a bamboo charcoal lining that is naturally anti-microbial and anti-odor. Basically, less stink.
2. The chest and back panels not have an aerated "Matrix Mesh" neoprene that has air bubbles inside. This type of neoprene is warmer because air is a great insulator, kind of like double-paned windows.

Galeltic, if you can find any 2009s left over for a good deal, hop on it. If not, the 2010s are still relatively inexpensive. Either way let us know how you like it.

What is the bs about wetsuit stink?
Wetsuits don't stink if you rinse them, even if you pee in them.
What makes stink is plankton, not the user.
If you think a cup of piss or a few ml of sweat is the cause of stink, wrong.
The cause is millions of microscopic dead animals rotting inside and outside the suit.
So rinse it off in fresh water and it doesn't stink, even after 5 years or so.
Best is if you stay by the water and you can go to the house
and take it off under a nice warm shower, ahhh.
Or maybe you guys are some stinky customers, need charcoal lined clothing

None of my wetsuits have ever stunk either used in fresh or salt water and of any brand. Not only is rinsing important but hanging to dry is equally. I have seen people roll them up and throw them in the trunk, you can imagine what that would smell like lol. Now the one thing I notice ends up stinking is my booties ( not booty fools  ) . They tend to stay wetter longer due to the lack of circulation no way to get air inside and cannot turn inside out. They are NP 5K series 4mm anyone have any tips for those? :thumb:
