I would appreciate if you contribute with your knowledge and take part in this poll.
I don’t intend to initiate another endless and fruitless debate
That’s just a poll and wonder to know how you guys act surfing in waves.

Something wrong in your pool.... I can't cast a vote!

But yes the kiter surfing the wave has always the right of way.

What a gay poll like you, I should bash you but feel sorry for you.

Tried to vote, but something wrong with Poll function, Toby?

Wave riding kiter has priority unless it is a shore break and the wave rider is riding in the launch zone, then launcher/landers get priority. => "Depends on the spot"

If you don't want to ride the waves, then get out of the break zone.

.... outbound aircraft always have to wait for those on final. Except when there are surfers on the runway - go around. :D

Local Rules !!!!!.
All spots are different, so check it out with the locals and you should be fine.
In my book the guy surfing the wave has absolute priority (with a kite or without)

I agree with this and similar comments.
would add
If you don't KNOW HOW to ride the waves AND ARE UNABLE TO GIVE RESPECT, COURTESY, AND SAFETY TO OTHERS, then get out of the break zone AND IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS IN LESS CHALLENGING CONDITIONS. (capatalized only to highlight, not "screaming")
