Best year yet!!! Even the 13m is money... Better LE shape for stability and speed. Loose Leach tension for flutter free canopy and more overall efficiency creating better low end and high end performance... Plus the new Compstick with push away safety and you have the best C-kite combo out there... Bar none.. no matter what the haters say... :thumb:

Wakestyle for Wakestyle riding... More low end and grunt which works great if your using boots. Very constant pull, load and pop.

Freestyle for Freestyle... More over-all shut off and range. Good for mega loops... Surf...

Try both to see which setting meets your needs the best, it only takes seconds to make the switch.

I would recommend trying the kite with the reuben lenten pro bar. it flies quite different, loops a lot deeper and being closer to you, you feel more one with the kite.
It has hardly any de power as well so you get more of the C kite feel

The 2010 Fuel is the coolest C kite you can get period. The 11m and 9m are so responsive especially on shorter lines. The 11m has so much grunt for a 11m C kite it feels like a 14m 07-08 Fuel, but it of course turns. If you can ride upwind the wind is strong enough to relaunch easily. The 9m is a brilliant kite and my pick. It can do anything its like a ferrari. The 7m is a different beast all together. I live in Perth and we have had some really windy days (38 knots) and the thing is a F1. Mess up a kiteloop and the thing will throw you off axis, and the rip from an old school boost is insane. 18-20 knots on short lines and s surfboard and you have a fun whippy kite that drifts really well.
At 37 Im keeping my 11m fuel for ever, but will change my smaller kites to RPMs as They are just as fun smoother, and Im too old for spankings even occasional ones.

Hey Dave,

I´m on the other side of the planet and 50years.
But still doing lots of silly stuff and hooked kite loops. I´m looking for a kite that will be sweet in 23knts and take me up to 30. I have a 2009 Best HP 10, which i really like, but its too much for me in 25knots, and my 7hp is lame in 25 knots.

Tested my friends 2009 Fuel 9m in Cumbuco on vacation and that kite had a loop that was insane, it was 3 times the power in the loop of the HP 10, in same wind. I tried 3 loops with some scary landings before giving up.

Actually the 10 HP is pretty nice, i can either loop it fast and easy or slower and pretty good power. It always rips around the last 180 and comes up so i get soft landings.

Whats your take on the RPM kite loop compared to the Fuel?

Regards, Tom
