From a picture it would be hard to tell the difference as 09 and 10 will look the same. The only thing that has changed is the fabric. 2010 is fully breathable, has a softer feel to it and is way more flexible. The one in your pic is actually the 2009

The Pyro Pro is hands down one of the best drysuits out there. Because of the flex panels the suit can be cut a bit closer to the contoures of the human body compared to most other drysuits. This makes it less baggy while still allowing for insane freedom of movement.
I agree that it is a luxury item for most of us. A few years ago I used my wetsuit during winter. Doable but the pyro is just way nicer. Would never go back
