Mystic Darkrider - what year?

Im lookin to buy a used darkrider harness with the ad showing the pic below.
The seller isnt sure what year its from, any guesses?
any opinions if its a good harness?

if it's the one that can bve either seat or waist I have one, I like it a lot ! I think I bougth it in2007 or 2008, i really like it alot, it's still almost as new!

its a waistharness. Ive had the EH waistharness before and liked it. its kindof loose compared to other i think. looks simple. I hope darkrider will be awesome.
