I normally use bar soap in the shower. I scrub the inside of the suit and cover myself in soap and put on the wetsuit. Then scrub the suit around some and rinse.

Just rinse it in fresh water. I sometimes use warm water in winter. It feels nicer and it warmer on my hands.
If your suit is smelly then add some vinegar to the water and let it soak for 10-15 minutes (and stop doing whatever disgusting things you do in it).
