Hoi kiteschoolholland,

First off where are all those doctors speaking out on helmets? Where are the documented cases on neck injuries that you constantly talk about?

Here is a proposal for a nice science experiment. We take two test subjects, e.g kiteschoolholland (subject 1) and RickI (subject 2). Subject 1 will not wear a helmet, subject 2 will.

Subject 1 will be exposed to 10 hits with a surfboard. For the sake of simplicity I suggest hitting only the back of the head of subject 1with the top of the board. I can donate a board for that. There should be a medical evaluation before and after the hits.

Subject 2 will drop off his board at full speed 10 times. There should be a medical evaluation before and after the drops.

We conclude after seeing the results.

haha... thats seems fair. Tho i would suggest the following changes to the experiment.

both a) with a helmet and B) without contestants get smashed over the head with a surfboard 5 times then they both get to rag doll 5 times.

Only then can we assess who has the least injuries.

To simmulate real world situations we should smash them over the head in a swimming pool and if the any smashing results in a knock out and drowning we can probably forgo the rest of the experiment.
