Hello All,

I have a Mako Wide 150x40 with a cracked edge. As a result, the board de-laminated on the top and bottom sheet.

Can you guys recommend an epoxy/adhesive to seal the board back together?

Had a similar issue with my Mako 140 and I used Loctite Marine Epoxy which I bought at home depot. Clamped the board together while letting it dry and it has been holding up fine for over a year.

I'll grab some Marine Epoxy and seal her up. Glad to know it's held together. Thanks!

There is a thread on the Ocean Rodeo forum that gives instructions for reparing a Mako with suggestions on type of epoxy. I tried repairing mine; the repair area held but the delamination then spread to a new area as the board seemed to loose its structural intregity after the first delam. Mako's are a great board but appear to have this problem....
