SB5 12M & 8 or 9?

Postby South3rnMan » Sun Jul 18, 2010 2:55 pm

What would be the best Switchblade 2010 quiver with a 12M. 8 or 9? I weigh 100kg surf & freestyle.

Thanks.

think you should be thinking about a 9 or 10, not 8 or 9. what wind speed are you currrenty using the 12 and what wind speeds do you want a smaller kite. also, will you be using the same board with both kites

I initially purchased a 12 & 8 but found the overlap in wind range not enough. Lucky enough to have a dealer let me trade in the 8 and get a 9. Now I'm much happier.

If money had not been as tight I would have rather gotten a 14 & 10 & 8.
